To show you how easy it is, we've listed the high level steps below to help you along the way. Of course you already know that you want to move into Indian Springs so you're already well on your way!

1. Go shopping! Yes. The first is as easy as that. There are a number of options available when you're shopping for your home. The sales team is there to assist you with identifying your options, financing, and arranging all of the details.
2. Complete the Indian Springs application and review the community rules.
3. Reserve your spot at Indian Springs Manor. This is another exciting part of the process. We have a number of great spots available to choose from. Choose the one that makes you feel happy and at home.
4. Complete the paperwork and finalize financing. 
5. Everything is put into action and the process begins to get your home setup on site.
6. The township performs an inspection and issues an occupancy permit.
7. Lastly, and definitely the most exciting step, move in.
